This listing is a 3d modeling and molding bundle. This first section will list what's included and what's expected. Further down I will list other options. If you do not contact me for more information and a custom listing BEFORE ordering, I will assume you want what's in the first section and it's all I will do you at THIS price.

This is a modeling/molding bundle which includes 3d modeling your headbase, 3d printing a master and then molding the master for $1500 plus the cost of shipping ($75 in the United States) and overhead costs which total $315 for a grand total of $1890.

Each mold includes one test "trash casting" to both clean the mold and provide sample results, a 3d printed mold master to make more molds with in the future, a silicone sleeve, a hard, durable epoxy shell with 2 sets of strap mounts (upper and lower) and any required mold straps. Your order will also include digital copy of the model as both an OBJ file and an STL file on a microSD card.

Please be aware, 3d print smoothing is extra and not included in this bundle.

Turn around time is approximately 2-3 months. (60-90 days, or 8-12 weeks) Etsy now only allows for 10 weeks, so please be prepared for it go UP TO 12 WEEKS.

Most molds, when properly cared for, will supply around 50-100+ (we average 80-95+) resin or foam castings with a 3-5 year shelf life. (These numbers can vary with care, storage and usage. If used regularly early and well cared for, it can exceed these numbers.)

We specialize in realistic work, but can also work with Beans in Things for toony styled work.

Beyond here is my further price scaling for additional add ons and other options. These are o lyrics available if discussed prior to ordering and with a custom listing. All of these costs are subject to a 20% charge for overhead for proper calculations. (Etsy cost, processing, etc)

Mold production starts at $850 plus material costs, if you supply the physical model, and have a wide variety of options. Each mold includes one test "trash casting" to both clean the mold and provide sample results, a silicone sleeve, a hard, durable epoxy shell and any required mold straps.

Molds can be lipped for resin casting, strap holders sculpted onto the frames, and can also have mold plugs for expanding foam castings made for hollower castings to shave material.

Molding preparations (adding the frame work to make the mold) $150
Required if you have not done the preparations for us on your model. This is any base wall, a lipped platform if you would would like lipping, filling any print gaps/cracks. Prints must be one solid wall with no holes. Thicker walls are better.

Here are the following optional add ons:

3d printing your model file:  $100
Adding a mold lip is $75
Adding Strap mounts $50 each strap mount (upper/lower) (requires 1 per shell piece min, 3 max per strap)
3D print smoothing (no print lines)(sanding, polish, primer, increases mold life and casting smoothness): $250
Mold Plugs: $350

Skull Dog Molding (requires second mold, and complex molding for both upper and lower jaw) +$650

* Models supplied by client, must meet requirements for molding.

** Certain options that increase labor may incur higher costs including mold lipping for resin casting and 'multiple mold' projects, etc. I will *not* do clay scale/fur texturing on bases that are not our own, so please be aware that is NOT an included feature due to the high labor time as it would double the cost of each mold and makes the masters non-shippable. Smooth bases or 3d printed texture only.

*** Material costs are fully inclusive in bundle but limited to one single head base mold project. Additional parts mold (Ex horns) cost extra.
